How do I order?

Currently we are pre-filling jars from customers in the local Sutherland Shire area (unless you can get your containers to us). If you would like to use one of our available recycled jars instead then we can send out your order Australia wide - simply contact us with the size and fragrance you are after and we will find a jar for you.

Pre- filled sampler jars can be purchased directly from our Product Page - we always have limited stock available and the range is always changing.

I have a jar I'd like to fill, what do I do now?

Simply measure the volume of your containers, pick your fragrances then email us to organise drop off/collection. We can give you a quote at that time or view our price List to work out a rough estimate.

How do I measure the volume of my jar?

Measure the size of your candle container by filling it with water and measuring the volume.

Where do I drop off my jars?

We make our candles locally in the Sutherland Shire - you can drop off your jars in Grays Point/Gymea. Depending on your location in the Sutherland Shire we may be able to pick them up from you.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on the volume of wax required for your container and if any extra options are chosen. For a guide on prices click here.

Payment can be made via PayPal, cash on pick up/delivery or by direct deposit.

How long does it take to refill my candles?

Turn around for refilling depends on our availability and stock availability. Usually it would take a 1- 2 weeks. Small orders would need to wait for other orders to come in.

Do you sell ready made candles?

Our main business is to re-use candle containers and refill them anew. We will usually have some ready made candles available on occasion and these are available for purchase directly form our Product Page, occasionally via our Facebook Page and now at Como Marina Craft Nook, Como (open weekends 10 - 4pm) Our pre-filled sampler range is limited and often changes.

Can I recycle my unwanted jars with you?

Yes! We collect used candle jars, condiment jars, baby jars, jam jars, terracotta dip jars, cafe juice jars and other types of jars. Email us if you have any and we can pick them up (Sutherland Shire only) or let you know where to drop them off.
