FAQs about Candle Refilling Services
How do I order?
Currently, we are pre-filling jars for customers in the local Sutherland Shire area (unless you can get your containers to us). If you would like to use one of our available recycled jars as part of our candle recycling initiative, we can send out your order Australia wide. Simply contact us with the size and fragrance you are after, and we will find a jar for you that suits your needs.
You can also purchase pre-filled sampler jars directly from our Product Page. We always have limited stock available, featuring a variety of Sutherland Shire candles made from natural soy wax, and the range is constantly changing.
I have a jar I'd like to fill, what do I do now?
Simply measure the volume of your containers for candle recycling, select your favorite fragrances, and then email us to arrange drop off or collection. We can provide you with a quote at that time, or you can view our price list to estimate costs for our natural soy wax Sutherland Shire candles.
How do I measure the volume of my jar?
To effectively measure the size of your candle container for candle recycling, fill it with water and check the volume, especially if you're using natural soy wax for your Sutherland Shire candles.
Where do I drop off my jars?
We craft our Sutherland Shire candles locally, and you can easily drop off your jars in Grays Point or Gymea for candle recycling. Depending on your location within the Sutherland Shire, we may even be able to pick them up from you to ensure they are repurposed sustainably.
How much does it cost?
The cost for candle recycling depends on the volume of natural soy wax required for your container and whether you choose any additional options. For a guide on prices for Sutherland Shire candles, click here.
Payment can be made via PayPal, cash on pick up/delivery, or by direct deposit.
How long does it take to refill my candles?
The turnaround for candle recycling and refilling depends on our availability and stock levels. Typically, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Small orders of Sutherland Shire candles may need to wait for larger orders to come in before they can be processed.
Do you sell ready made candles?
Our main business focuses on candle recycling by reusing candle containers and refilling them with natural soy wax. We often have some ready-made Sutherland Shire candles available for purchase directly from our Product Page, occasionally through our Facebook Page, and now at Como Marina Craft Nook, Como (open weekends 10 - 4pm). Our pre-filled sampler range is limited and frequently changes.

Can I recycle my unwanted jars with you?
Yes! We collect used candle jars, condiment jars, baby jars, jam jars, terracotta dip jars, cafe juice jars, and various other types of jars for candle recycling. If you have any jars to donate, especially those from Sutherland Shire candles, please email us. We can arrange to pick them up within the Sutherland Shire or provide you with drop-off locations.
How much is postage?
Pick up is available from the Gymea/Kirrawee area. For local Sutherland Shire candle deliveries, there will be a $5 charge. Deliveries outside of this area will incur a fee of $12.50 via AusPost. Enjoy the benefits of candle recycling with our natural soy wax Sutherland Shire candles!
