- Final Sales: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
- Defective Products: We accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit only.
- 5-Day Notice: You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.
- Process: Email us at madamewick@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. Approved returns must include original packaging.

- Candle Images: All images of our candles are the exclusive property of our business. They are protected by copyright law and cannot be used, downloaded, or reproduced without our express written permission.
- Site Content: All other content on this website, including text and logos, belongs to our business and cannot be used without permission.
3. Candle Safety & Usage
By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow these safety guidelines to prevent fire, injury, or damage:
- Never Leave Unattended: Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
- Clear Area: Keep burning candles away from drafts, flammable materials, curtains, and loose clothing.
- Trim the Wick: Trim the candle wick to 5mm before every single burn to prevent excess smoking and large flames.
- Burn Time: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when only 10mm of wax remains.
- Safe Surface: Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. The jar will become hot during use.
4. Liability & Governing Law
- Limitation: We are not liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages—including fire damage or personal injury—resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our products.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
